Deborah Norville is an American television journalist and businesswoman. The talented and beautiful lady is an anchor of the famous show Inside Edition. Besides that, she holds the position of Board of Directors of Viacom CorporationShe is no normal news anchor because she is in this field for more than two decades already.

Deborah Norville was born as Deborah Anne Norville on 8 August 1958 in Dalton Georgia. Her age is  61 years old as of 2019. Her nationality is American and belongs to the white ethnicity group. Norville had won her town’s local Junior Miss contest.

Talking about his educational background, she graduated from the University of Georgia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree receiving summa cum in three years with a perfect 4.0-grade point average. During her University period, she worked for the Main Court of the University’s Student Judiciary.

Deborah Norville Professional Career

Norville began a career at Georgia Public Television’ as an internship with the channel. She worked behind the scenes for the TV show. A producer who worked at ‘WAGA-TV spotted her while working there and gave her a summer internship. On the third day when she came late, she had to cover a news story.

Norville entered NBC News in 1987. She worked as an anchor of NBC News at Sunrise solo female anchor of a network broadcast. Sunrise program rating increases up to 40% after Norville joined the company.

Deborah worked as a prime host for the documentary show in 1989, which is based on violent teenaged girls named  Bad Girls. Norville was named as the news anchor on Today in September 1989.
